Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for issuing 100,000 ETC Securities as part of Tranche 641 under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. These securities are part of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series and are intended to provide exposure to gold prices.
The new tranche increases the aggregate number of ETC Securities in this series to 52,934,759. The scheduled maturity date for these securities is May 23, 2118. The issue is supported by several authorised participants, including HSBC Bank plc and Jane Street Financial Limited.
Amundi Physical Metals has sought listings for these securities on various stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange. The estimated net proceeds from this tranche are USD 10,505,240, with related trading admission expenses amounting to €3,000.
The total expense ratio for these securities is 0.12% per annum, with a nominal amount of USD 5.085 per security. This issuance aims to attract investors interested in gaining exposure to fluctuating gold prices.
