Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of 44,600 ETC Securities. These securities are part of Tranche 665 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC, under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The series issue initially took place on 23 May 2019, with the latest tranche issued on 10 March 2025. The securities are linked to a metal entitlement of 0.03968225 fine troy ounces, with a scheduled maturity date set for 23 May 2118.
Applications have been made for the ETC Securities to be admitted to various European stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange. The total expense ratio for these securities is 0.12% per annum, and the nominal amount is established at USD 5.085.
The issuance involves several significant financial institutions as authorised participants, such as HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC. The securities aim to provide investors exposure to fluctuations in gold prices.
