Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of a new tranche of ETC Securities under its Amundi Physical Gold ETC, part of the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This latest tranche consists of 504,000 ETC Securities and forms the 915th tranche of Amundi Physical Gold ETC. The series includes a total of 79,662,899.00 securities post-issuance.

The initial metal entitlement for these securities was set at 0.04 fine troy ounces, gradually adjusted to 0.03960935 due to the subscription trade. These securities are scheduled to mature on 23 May 2118 and will be listed on multiple exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Paris.

The total expense ratio is noted to be 0.12% per annum. The nominal amount per security is USD 5.085, with a specified interest of USD 0.051. The approved issue date by the board was 25 April 2019. Involved parties include HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, among others.
