Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the issuance of 127,600 ETC securities as part of its ongoing Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This new tranche, numbered 678, further amplifies the existing Series Amundi Physical Gold ETC, totaling 56,358,859 securities post-issuance. Each security is associated with a nominal amount of USD 5.085 and carries a scheduled maturity date extending to May 23, 2118. The initial metal entitlement stands at 0.04 fine troy ounces, slightly decreasing to 0.03967808 ounces on the subscription trade date.
The issuance is strategic, aiming to facilitate investor exposure to gold prices, with total expenses for market admission estimated at €3,000. The ETC securities are available across various European and international markets, including Euronext Paris, the London Stock Exchange, and the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange.
