Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the issuance of 9,000 ETC Securities as part of its Physical Gold ETC series. This marks Tranche 897 of the series, increasing the total to 70,452,037 ETC Securities. The initial metal entitlement at the issue date was set at 0.04 fine troy ounces, with a new entitlement of 0.03961378 ounces at the subscription trade date for the latest tranche.

The issuance date for this tranche is 17 August 2026, extending the overall scheduled maturity to 23 May 2118. The regulatory framework adheres to the Prospectus Regulation, and the Central Bank of Ireland has given approval. HSBC Bank plc, BNP Paribas and others are authorized participants in this issuance. The ETC Securities will be listed on major exchanges including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange.
