Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New Gold Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for a new tranche of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC (GLDA). The issuance comprises 570,000 ETC securities, making it the 668th tranche since the program began. The current aggregate number of ETC securities stands at 55,473,359. The initial metal entitlement, as of the series issue date, is set at 0.04 fine troy ounces per security.

This tranche is set to mature on May 23, 2118. The nominal amount of each security is USD 5.085, reflecting 10% of the issue price per security. Investors are also offered a specified interest amount of USD 0.051. Trading admissions have been applied for on several major exchanges, including Euronext Paris, the London Stock Exchange, and the Mexican Stock Exchange.

With a total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum, the Amundi Physical Gold ETC provides a potentially cost-effective means for investors to gain exposure to gold price fluctuations. Authorized participants for this tranche include HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC.
