Amundi Physical Metals Plc has announced the issuance of 50,000 new ETC Securities, forming Tranche 823 of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC. The securities are part of the company's Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The issuance aims to provide investors access to gold price exposure through the listed securities.
This issuance brings the total number of ETC Securities for the series to 66,996,459. The initial metal entitlement at the series issue date was 0.04 fine troy ounces, with a current entitlement of 0.03963646. The securities, admitted to trading on major stock exchanges including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange, have a scheduled maturity date of May 23, 2118, aligning with investor interests for long-term gold exposure.
The total expense ratio is set at 0.12% per annum, and the nominal amount is USD 5.085. HSBC Bank plc and other financial entities are part of the authorized participants. The offer covers multiple markets, enhancing investment opportunities.
