Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New Tranche of Gold Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the issuance of a new tranche of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC securities. The release will comprise 67,000 ETC securities and marks Tranche 710 of the series. Issued under the company's Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Programme, these securities aim to provide investors exposure to the gold market.
The series, which debuted on 23 May 2019, now totals over 59 million securities. The scheduled maturity date for these securities is set for 23 May 2118. Key authorized participants facilitating this issue include major financial institutions such as HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC.
With a total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum, the newly issued securities are being made available to investors across multiple European markets, as well as Mexico. In total, the issuance is expected to garner approximately USD 8.95 million in net proceeds.
