Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued 104,000 ETC Securities in its Amundi Physical Gold ETC series under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This marks the 703rd tranche, bringing the total number of securities in the series to over 62 million. The issue date for this tranche is set for June 5, 2025. These securities grant entitlement to 0.03967064 fine troy ounces of gold per security.

The issuance will raise net proceeds estimated at USD 13.76 million, with associated listing expenses of around €3,000. The securities will be listed on multiple major exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, the Deutsche Börse, and the London Stock Exchange.
