Amundi Physical Metals plc Releases Annual Report and First Supplemental Prospectus

Amundi Physical Metals plc has released its annual report for the year ending March 31, 2026. This report became publicly available on July 27, 2026. A day later, on July 28, the company also released its first Supplemental to the Base Prospectus for its physical gold exchange-traded commodity (ETC). The Central Bank of Ireland had initially approved the base document on April 27. The Supplemental received approval on July 27, 2026.

Both the annual report and the Supplemental Base Prospectus can be accessed on the Amundi ETF website. Additionally, physical copies are available at Amundi's office located at Waterloo Exchange, Dublin. This release marks a significant compliance step for the Irish-law governed debt securities series.
