Amundi Physical Metals plc has finalized the terms for its latest issuance of Amundi Physical Gold ETC securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The tranche, numbered 643, consists of 300,000 securities, contributing to a total of 53,271,459 securities in the series. The issuance date for this tranche is set for January 13, 2025.
The ETC securities offer exposure to gold, with an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces per security which slightly decreased over time. The securities will be listed on multiple major exchanges, including Euronext Paris, the London Stock Exchange, and the Deutsche Börse. The scheduled maturity for these securities extends to May 23, 2118.
Amundi's offering aligns with investor interest in gold and adheres to the UK Prospectus Regulation. The issuance is supported by authorized participants like HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and others.
