Amundi Physical Metals Plc announced the final terms for its ETC Securities linked to physical gold under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This issuance involves 160,200 securities, marking Tranche 663 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series. The initial metal entitlement per security is 0.04 fine troy ounces, dropping slightly to 0.03968252 fine troy ounces for the subscription trade date.
The issuance date is set for 6 March 2025, with the series originally issued on 23 May 2019. These securities have a maturity date in May 2118. The authorised participants include major financial players such as HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, among others.
The ETC Securities are set to be listed and traded on several European markets, including Euronext Paris, the Deutsche Börse, and the London Stock Exchange, as well as the Mexican Stock Exchange. The total expense ratio is pegged at 0.12% per annum, with an estimated net proceeds of USD 18.47 million from the issue.
