Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms for Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the UK Final Terms for a new tranche of its Amundi Physical Gold ETCs under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The issue size for Tranche 811 is 130,000 ETC Securities. The Series Issue Date was 24 May 2019, with the current tranche issued on 22 January 2026 and maturing on 23 May 2118.
The ETCs are linked to gold, with an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces, reducing slightly to 0.0396405. The total number of ETCs immediately after this tranche is 70,640,459. The ETCs will be listed and traded on multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange. The regulated market admissions aim to enhance liquidity and investor access.
These ETCs provide exposure to gold prices, marketed in Austria, France, Germany, and several other jurisdictions. The nominal amount per security is USD 5.085, with a total expense ratio of 0.12% annually.
