Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms for Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for tranche 789 of its Physical Gold ETC under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This issuance involves 137,000 ETC Securities, contributing to a total of 67,104,759 ETC Securities in the series. The Series' Issue Date is 23 May 2019, with the latest tranche issued on 8 December 2025. These securities are linked to the gold market, aiming to provide exposure to gold prices.
The ETC Securities have an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces per security. These securities are scheduled to mature by 23 May 2118. Regulatory approvals were obtained on 25 April 2019, and the securities will be traded on Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, the London Stock Exchange, and the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange.
