An Exceptional Fiscal Year 2023 for FREY: Expansion and Record Performance

FREY closes the year 2023 with remarkable performances, despite a tense real estate context. The company affirms the relevance of its real estate model, recording a significant increase in its economic portfolio and its annual rental income. The acquisition of Polygone Riviera and the launch of operations in Poland mark the highlights of this European expansion.

Rental income stood at 113.5 million euros, up 24% compared to the previous year. The profit from recurring operations also reached a peak with 84.2 million euros, an increase of 34.1%. Despite a slight drop in the EPRA NAV NTA to 32.60 euros per share, FREY proposes a dividend of 1.80 euros per share, increasing by 5.9%.

FREY's financial strength is reinforced by a capital increase of 97.1 million euros carried out in December 2023. The company also benefits from available liquidity of 378 million euros and a manageable debt ratio. at 41%. FREY remains true to its sustainable development strategy, as evidenced by the success of its open-air shopping centers and its constant efforts to reduce its carbon footprint.
