Analysis of Damartex's half-year results for 2025/2026
The Damartex Group has published its financial results for the first half of fiscal year 2025/2026, reporting revenue of €279.3 million, a slight decrease of 1.9% compared to the previous year. The Fashion division experienced relative stability, with a notable performance from Xandres in the Dutch market. In contrast, the Home & Lifestyle division saw reduced demand, impacting its revenue to €47.8 million, a decrease of 7.2%. The Healthcare division saw slight growth of 1.2%.
On the financial front, Damartex improved its operating EBITDA to €14.1 million, thanks to effective margin management and cost optimization, despite pressure from Chinese e-commerce platforms. Net income from continuing operations improved to -€1.8 million.
With its "DARE. ACT. IMPACT 2026" strategy, the group continues to optimize its operations to strengthen its profitability.
