ISPD Sees Revenue Decline But Anticipates Improved Results
ISPD, an international group in communication and marketing services, reported an 8% decline in H1 2025 revenue, reflecting an impact from exchange rates and deferred advertising investments. Despite this, gross margins improved due to a favorable business mix. The revenue stood at €61.0 million compared to €69.5 million in H1 2024. Net pro forma revenues decreased by 8% to €66.0 million.
By segment, Technology and Marketing Services grew 15% to €8.4 million, while Digital Media Trading dropped 11% to €55.5 million. Geographically, revenues stabilized across the US, Latin America, and Europe, each representing about a third of activities. The company expects significantly better half-year results compared to 2024, bolstered by deferred revenue expected in the second half and new US management momentum.
