Aperam's 2025 Financial Results: Resilience in a Challenging Macroeconomic Environment
Aperam announced its results for the full year and the fourth quarter of 2025 on February 6, 2026. The company maintained stable shipments at 2.287 million tons, and adjusted EBITDA of €339 million, down from €356 million in 2024. Despite the 2.8% decrease in sales, Aperam recorded a net profit of €9 million for the year.
Among the highlights, the Leadership Journey® Phase 5 program generated €195 million in revenue, a year ahead of schedule. Aperam projects an increase in EBITDA in the first quarter of 2026. Free cash flow before dividends amounted to -€167 million following the acquisition of Universal.
Net financial debt reached €978 million on December 31, 2025. Aperam is tackling Phase 6 of the Leadership Journey®, forecasting €150 million in gains by 2028.
