Apex Critical Metals Acquires Bianco Carbonatite Project in Ontario
Apex Critical Metals Corp. has acquired the 9,200-acre Bianco Carbonatite Project in northwestern Ontario. This area is renowned for its significant niobium mineralization and remains largely unexplored. The project comprises 85 mining claims covering a large carbonatite complex, a productive source of niobium and rare earth elements (REEs).
CEO Sean Charland states that the acquisition expands Apex's focus on valuable systems critical for industries in clean energy and advanced technologies. The Bianco Project is strategically located between the Schryburt Lake and Big Beaver House, both known for niobium and REE mineralization.
Apex acquired the property from a related party for CDN$30,000 and a 2% net smelter return royalty. The acquisition highlights Apex's strategy to explore high-value opportunities in specialty metals.
