Apex Critical Metals Announces Notable Niobium Discovery at Cap Project
Apex Critical Metals Corp. has announced a significant niobium discovery at its Cap Project in central British Columbia. The notable findings emerged from the company's ongoing 2025 diamond drill program. The discovery in drillhole CAP25-006 revealed strong niobium mineralization starting at 33.5 m downhole, with significant concentrations over a 36 m interval at 0.59% Nb2O5, including a higher-grade 10 m section averaging 1.08% Nb2O5.
The drilling program, initially intended to cover 1,500 meters, was extended due to these promising early results. The project spans approximately 2,500 hectares and is located 85 km northeast of Prince George. The currently reported findings account for just a portion of the 1,763 meters drilled so far, with the potential for further mineralization open in all directions.
As Apex awaits more assay results, it highlights the potential for the Cap Project to become a significant source of critical niobium and associated rare earth elements in North America.
