Apex Critical Metals Forms Technical Advisory Board with Alex Knox

Apex Critical Metals Corp., a Canadian mineral exploration company, has launched its Technical Advisory Board (TAB), appointing Alex Knox, P.Geo, as its initial member. Knox, a veteran Calgary-based geologist, brings over five decades of mineral exploration experience, particularly in rare earth elements (REE), niobium, and other critical metals. His career includes significant roles at Unocal Canada Ltd. and Molycorp.

Knox's expertise will be pivotal in guiding Apex's assessment of carbonatite-hosted projects in North America. His experience in REE exploration and geological evaluations align with Apex's strategic goals. The company granted 1,760,000 incentive stock options and 1,660,000 restricted share units to its team, underlining its focus on attracting seasoned experts for its initiatives.
