Apex Critical Metals Launches Drill Program at Cap Project
Apex Critical Metals Corp. has commenced its 2025 fully funded summer drill program at the Cap Project, located near Prince George, British Columbia. The campaign aims to explore niobium and rare earth element (REE) targets across a 1.8 km anomaly. Crews have mobilized, utilizing a Hydracore 2000 heli-portable drill rig, with drilling supported by Quesnel Bros. Diamond Drilling Ltd.
The exploration will focus on a carbonatite complex discovered during Apex's 2024 campaign, with plans for up to 1,500 meters of core drilling. The company has secured the necessary permits under a Multi-Year Area-Based exploration authorization, facilitating efficient operations. Results from past explorations highlighted noteworthy niobium concentrations in the area.
The Cap Project presents a significant opportunity for Apex, with CEO Sean Charland emphasizing the project's potential as an underexplored system. Additional updates will be provided as drilling progresses.
