Apex Critical Metals Initiates New Drilling Program at CAP Project
Apex Critical Metals Corp. has secured a five-year Multi-Year Area-Based Exploration Permit for its CAP Project in British Columbia. This permits diamond drill activities, with drilling set to start mid-July. The 2025 program marks the company's inaugural drill at the site, focusing on a newly identified 1.8 km-long niobium anomaly and mineralized carbonatite outcrops.
Previous exploration in 2024 revealed significant niobium and rare earth oxide (REO) presence. The project aims to explore the scale and depth of these findings. Over 60 diamond drill holes are planned to evaluate the continuity and width of the niobium trend.
The program builds on historical findings, including 1.45-1.79% Nb2O5 from carbonatite boulders. This drilling program represents a substantial step forward in assessing the potential of the site.
