APG Asset Management Reduces Stake in Irish Residential Properties REIT
APG Asset Management N.V., based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, has notified Irish Residential Properties REIT Plc (IRES) of a reduction in its voting rights stake in the company. As of January 15, 2026, APG's holdings dropped below the 3% threshold to 2.952087%, down from a previous position of 4.530978%. The total number of voting rights now stands at 15,481,991.
