Approval of decisions at the ROUGIER General Meeting
The ROUGIER SA General Meeting, chaired by Francis Rougier, was held on June 26, 2025. All proposed resolutions, including the approval of the 2024 statutory and consolidated financial statements, were adopted. The allocation of the 2024 financial year's results and the renewal of authorizations for the Board of Directors were also validated.
Two new independent directors have been appointed: Damase Büchi and Mathieu Peller. Damase Büchi, 67, brings expertise in governance and African development, while Mathieu Peller, 41, has nearly 18 years of solid experience in sustainable infrastructure.
Detailed information on the quorum and voting results will soon be available online. The next meeting is scheduled for October 31, 2025, for the half-year results.
