Aqarios Secures Funding for Quantum Research Projects with E.ON, Siemens

Aqarios Quantum Technologies AG has secured funding for three research projects in collaboration with E.ON, Siemens, and European partners. The projects, HyQInt, Q-NextGrid, and IgnisQNC, focus on quantum optimization for industry, power grids, and advanced AI methods. These initiatives, supported by German and European funding bodies, are set to run from autumn 2026 to 2029. The grants, in the mid six-figure euro range, aim to advance Aqarios's Luna software platform.

The announcement includes a minor increase in share capital through the conversion of convertible bonds. In total, 73,109 new shares have been issued, accounting for 2.84% of the increased share capital. By the end of 2027, any outstanding bonds will be mandatorily converted.
