Aquis Stock Exchange Announces Changes to Apex Segment
Aquis Stock Exchange has revealed alterations to its Apex segment, part of the Aquis Growth Market, following the semi-annual constituent review in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Aquis Growth Market Apex Rulebook. These changes were put into effect on Monday, 20 July 2026.
As per this review, Capital for Colleagues Plc will shift from the Apex segment to the Access segment. The average market value of its securities fell below the £10 million threshold over the six months leading to the first Friday of June 2026. Consequently, this transfer reflects the company's inability to meet the market value requirement for Apex segment membership.
