Aramis Group has published its statement of transactions in its own shares carried out between January 26 and 30, 2026. These transactions were conducted within the framework of the authorizations granted by the Annual General Meeting of February 4, 2025, in compliance with regulations concerning share buybacks. During this period, the group purchased a total of 9,690 shares, identified under the code FR0014003U94, on the XPAR market. The purchases were spread over five days, with daily volumes ranging between 1,051 and 2,173 shares. The average purchase price per share was €4.6427.
