Aramis Group announced the completion of share buyback transactions made between April 20 and April 24, 2026. These operations align with the authorizations granted by the General Assembly on February 3, 2026, to repurchase its shares as part of the share buyback regulations. The group acquired a total of 32,371 shares, identified by FR0014003U94, on the XPAR market. The daily purchase volumes varied, with the weighted average price of shares being 3.9909 euros.

The transactions were executed with the details recorded as follows: on April 20, 4,936 shares were acquired at a price of 4.0501 euros per share; on April 21, 4,753 shares at 4.0409 euros; on April 22, 7,550 shares at 3.9733 euros; on April 23, 7,534 shares at 3.9814 euros; and on April 24, 7,598 shares at 3.9479 euros per share.
