Aramis Group has published a statement regarding its own share purchases made between January 12 and 16, 2026. These transactions were carried out in accordance with the authorizations of the General Meeting of February 4, 2025 and the regulations in force on share buybacks.

During this period, a total of 7,568 shares were acquired on the Euronext Paris market (XPAR). Daily acquisitions ranged from 1,035 to 2,131 shares, while the average daily purchase price varied from €4.6906 to €4.8279 per share, stabilizing the overall average cost at €4.7373 per share.
