Arbonia Reports Revenue Growth and Proposes New Chairman

Arbonia AG announced a 12.3% revenue increase to CHF 624.5 million for 2025, alongside a 41% rise in EBITDA to CHF 56.3 million, despite tough market conditions. Organic revenue grew by 3.7%. The Board proposes Christoph Ganz as the new Chairman, succeeding Alexander von Witzleben.

The Wood product group achieved 6.1% organic growth, while Glass saw a 4% decrease. The current focus is on expanding renovation and property projects amid low residential construction activity. Adjusted EBITDA improved by 15% to CHF 57.3 million.

EBIT fell to CHF -2.4 million. The cash flow was CHF 1.7 million due to divestments and restructuring. Net debt reduced significantly to CHF 149 million, aided by divestments. Future growth in the European doors segment is planned, targeting a 3-5% revenue hike in 2026.
