ARGAN has announced the acquisition of three new logistics sites, leased to FERRERO and PUMA, totaling nearly 100,000 sq.m. These sites, set for delivery in the first half of 2026, mark a step forward in ARGAN's investment strategy, with long-term leases already secured.

The PUMA site, 42,000 sq.m in the Grand Est region's Vendenheim logistics zone, will be operational in early 2026 under a nine-year lease. FERRERO will operate two sites in Normandy, with areas of 34,000 sq.m in Cléon and 20,000 sq.m in Barentin, both under ten-year leases and set for mid-2026 delivery.

This expansion is part of ARGAN's €165 million investment plan for 2026, reflecting their commitment to developing next-gen, sustainable warehouses. The projects are strategically located, aligning with major logistical hubs enhancing tenant growth and operational efficiency.
