ARGAN Reports 6% Increase in Rental Income by September 2025
ARGAN, a leading French real estate company specializing in premium warehouse rentals, recorded a 6% increase in rental income over the first nine months of 2025. The total reached €158.7 million, up from €149.2 million during the same period last year. This growth is attributed to the impact of eight sites delivered in 2024 and a rent adjustment on January 1, 2025.
Four sites have been delivered this year, representing an investment of €55 million. Two additional sites are scheduled for delivery in the fourth quarter. ARGAN anticipates a further increase in rental income of 7% by year-end, amounting to €211 million. The company's 2025-2026 investment program totals close to €215 million, reflecting a strong performance despite economic challenges.
