ARGAN: Strategic acquisition of logistics sites for Ferrero and Puma

ARGAN, a specialist in premium warehouses, is strengthening its growth with the acquisition of three new logistics sites totaling nearly 100,000 m², leased to Ferrero and Puma. These facilities are scheduled for delivery in the first half of 2026.

The 42,000 m² site dedicated to Puma, located near Strasbourg, will be operational in early 2026 with a firm nine-year lease. In Normandy, two sites will be leased to Ferrero: Cléon and Barentin, on ten-year leases, totaling 54,000 m².

This project is part of an ambitious investment strategy, representing €165 million for 2026. These developments underline ARGAN's commitment to offering sustainable and efficient logistics solutions, adapted to the growing needs of customers.
