ARI Motors Industries SE Expands Stake in ARVIA SE with Faction Technology Partnership

ARI Motors Industries SE has announced a strategic partnership with Faction Technology, Inc. to advance the development of ARVIA SE, a special purpose vehicle. The newly signed term sheet will increase ARI's stake from 25% to 40%, contingent on Faction's contributions, worth a minimum of EUR 8 million in financing commitments. ARI retains full ownership until these contributions are realized.

This agreement outlines the operational integration of Faction’s autonomous technology into ARI's vehicle platforms. The collaboration aims to produce and deliver up to 200 autonomous vehicles in 2026 from ARI’s European facilities, primarily for Faction’s U.S. clientele, with expected revenues surpassing EUR 5 million.

The term sheet solidifies ARI's economic standing within ARVIA SE, facilitating a successful market launch of autonomous vehicles. Both companies view this partnership as foundational for future developments in the autonomous vehicle sector.
