Arkema announces share buybacks for early August 2026
Arkema, in accordance with applicable regulations, has announced its recent share purchase transactions. Carried out between August 3 and 7, 2026, these transactions were conducted in accordance with Article 5(2) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
During this period, Arkema acquired a total of 17,500 of its own shares. The group purchased 3,500 shares daily. The average daily weighted acquisition price was around €61, with slight daily variation.
