Arkema annonce une opération de rachat d'actions
Le 4 juin 2025, Arkema a annoncé avoir procédé, le 26 mai 2025, à une opération de rachat d'actions. Cette opération a été réalisée conformément à l'article 5 §2 du Règlement (UE) n° 596/2014. Arkema a racheté un total de 1 698 actions.
L'instrument financier concerné a été identifié par le code FR0010313833. Ces actions ont été acquises au prix moyen pondéré de 63,3006 EUR par action. La transaction a eu lieu sur le marché identifié par le code XPAR.
