Arkema Carries Out Share Buybacks from January 13 to 17, 2025
Arkema has disclosed its share buyback activity for the period from January 13 to January 17, 2025. In accordance with Article 5 §2 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, Arkema executed a series of transactions on its own shares.
Throughout this period, Arkema repurchased a total of 17,500 shares. The transactions occurred over five consecutive days with a daily volume of 3,500 shares each day. The average weighted price for these buybacks varied slightly each day, starting at 70.4688 euros on January 13 and reaching 74.4908 euros by January 17.
All transactions were conducted under the market identifier code XPAR. Detailed records of these transactions can be accessed via the group's investor relations webpage.
