Arkema carries out transactions on its own shares
Arkema, a chemical company, has declared the acquisition of its own shares from December 17 to 20, 2024. In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, these transactions involved a total of 26,000 shares.
The details of the operations show a volume of 7,000 shares purchased on December 17, 19 and 20, and 5,000 on December 18. The daily weighted average price was 72.8803 euros, 72.5681 euros, 70.9821 euros, and 70.0541 euros respectively for these days.
The transaction was carried out on the Euronext Paris market, under the code FR0010313833. Arkema highlights the access to this information on its website. This strategy is part of their share buyback program aimed at strengthening shareholder value.
