Arkema publishes its treasury share transactions for August 2026
On August 18, 2026, Arkema announced the transactions on its own shares carried out from August 10 to 14, 2026. In accordance with European Regulation EU No. 596/2014, these purchases are part of the company's capital management.
During this period, Arkema acquired a total of 17,900 shares. Purchase volumes varied daily, ranging from 3,000 to 4,000 shares. The weighted average purchase price was approximately €62.06 per share.
