Arkema reports its January 2025 share transactions
Arkema, in accordance with the regulations in force, has communicated on its recent share purchase operations. Between January 6 and 10, 2025, the company carried out several transactions in accordance with Article 5 §2 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014.
Over this period, Arkema acquired a total of 22,500 shares. Each day, the volume of shares purchased varied: 3,500 shares from January 6 to 8, 5,000 on January 9, and 7,000 on January 10. The average daily acquisition price stabilized at 71.5360 euros.
These transactions were carried out on the XPAR market under the code FR0010313833. Details of these operations are available on the Arkema group website.
