Arkema Strengthens Its Offer of Eco-Friendly Refrigerants
Arkema is expanding its portfolio of low-GWP refrigerant solutions through an agreement with Honeywell. This initiative aims to support the growing demand for HFO blends in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC-R) sector.
The new products marketed under the Forane® brand comply with industrial regulations and promote energy efficiency. These include Forane® 454B, designed to replace R-410A, and Forane® 513A, which reduces GWP by 50% compared to R-134A. These solutions are suitable for both residential and commercial refrigeration applications.
