BlackRock dépasse le seuil de 5% du capital d'ARKEMA
La société de gestion d'actifs BlackRock Inc. a annoncé avoir dépassé le seuil de 5% du capital d'ARKEMA. Au 22 janvier 2025, elle détient 4 077 116 actions, soit 5,36% du capital. Cela représente 4,29% des droits de vote.
Ce franchissement résulte d'achats d'actions sur le marché et d'une augmentation des titres détenus en collatéral. Les actions incluent notamment 151 447 ADR ARKEMA et 620 756 actions détenues à titre de collatéral.
