BlackRock lowers the 5% threshold of Arkema's capital

On April 25, 2025, BlackRock Inc., through the management of its clients and funds, crossed the threshold of 5% of Arkema's capital downwards. According to a letter received by Arkema on April 28, 2025, BlackRock now holds 3,746,595 shares, representing 4.93% of Arkema's capital and 3.94% of the voting rights.

This decrease follows a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral. BlackRock retains discretion to exercise voting rights unless otherwise directed by its clients. In addition, 339,784 shares are held where clients retain voting control.

These movements are based on a total Arkema capital of 76,060,831 shares, representing 95,126,902 voting rights, according to article 223-11 of the general regulations.
