Transactions in Arkema's Own Shares in September 2026
Arkema recently published details of transactions in its own shares carried out between September 14 and 18, 2026. These transactions comply with Article 5(2) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014. During this period, the company purchased a total of 18,600 shares. Purchases were made in varying volumes each day, with a weighted average purchase price of €56.7305. The highest volume of purchases, at 5,000 shares, was recorded on September 18. These transactions took place on the XPAR market.
