Aroundtown Reports Stable Q1 2025 Results Amid Market Volatility

Aroundtown SA recorded a net rental income of €295 million in Q1 2025, marking a 1% increase from the previous year. This growth was supported by a 3% rise in like-for-like rental income, despite the impact of asset disposals. Adjusted EBITDA also grew by 1% to €251 million. The Funds from Operations (FFO I) remained stable at €76 million, translating to €0.07 per share. The company posted a significant net profit increase of 211% year-over-year to €319 million.

Despite economic challenges, Aroundtown successfully executed a €750 million bond issuance with a 3.5% coupon, improving its debt maturity profile by repaying €1.3 billion worth of debt year-to-date. In conjunction with asset disposals and property revaluation gains, the leverage ratio decreased to 41%. The board decided against recommending a dividend for 2024 to preserve a conservative financial stance amid market uncertainties.
