Equinor ASA Increases Stake in Ørsted to 10%
Ørsted A/S has announced that Equinor ASA has raised its shareholding in the company to 10.0%. As a result, Equinor now possesses 42,038,108 shares, granting it an equivalent percentage of voting rights and share capital in Ørsted. This update complies with the Danish Capital Markets Act requirements.
The modification in Equinor's share ownership does not impact Ørsted's financial projections for the year 2024. Despite the change in shareholder structure, Ørsted maintains its previously disclosed financial expectations.
