Ørsted Achieves Strong Operational Performance in Q1 2026

Ørsted A/S has reported robust results for the first quarter of 2026, with its EBITDA amounting to DKK 9.5 billion, a significant 11% increase from Q1 2025. This growth was largely driven by a 27% rise in offshore wind generation. The company reached key milestones in its offshore wind projects across the US, Europe, and Taiwan.

Particularly notable was the delivery of power from the Revolution Wind project in the US and progress on installations in Europe and Taiwan. CEO Rasmus Errboe highlighted the importance of renewable energy amid global energy pressures and emphasized the role of offshore wind in reducing costs and ensuring energy security.

Despite a decrease in net profit, Ørsted maintains its full-year guidance, expecting an EBITDA above DKK 28 billion, underscoring its commitment to renewable energy and strategic investments in Europe and Asia-Pacific.
