Ørsted Completes Successful Rights Issue

Ørsted A/S has announced the completion of its rights issue, with 900,816,600 new shares registered with the Danish Business Authority. These shares, each with a nominal value of DKK 10, are expected to be listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen from 10 October 2025.

The company's share capital has increased by DKK 9,008,166,000, bringing the total to DKK 13,211,976,800 divided into 1,321,197,680 shares. This adjustment is reflected in the updated articles of association, now available on Ørsted's website.
