With AI taking over repetitive tasks, the office becomes a place for collaboration, decision-making, and creativity.

60% of companies have or are preparing an AI strategy, and 65% anticipate a significant shift within the next three years. Executives note an evolution in real estate needs, favoring better-located and equipped offices. 74% foresee a polarization between high-quality flexible offices and standard ones. Office quality is becoming essential for attracting talent, especially in companies with a developed AI strategy.
